New Console Equipment

Our new console equipment is pictured above.

This new console is a valuable aid to the Station as it allows for better transmission to our listeners and gives our Presenters’ better sound quality whilst they are on air. Our old console was causing the Station to often interrupt other equipment which would result in no transmission being available for issues to be rectified.

As you can see Duncan and Gordon (Technician) worked very hard from Friday the 10th March 2024 until the afternoon of Sunday March 12th 2024, in order to remove and replace new console in making sure all other studio equipment was compatible. This was a mammoth task and the photos below only show a small amount of the scope of works achieved. WELL DONE DUNCAN AND GORDON!
